October updates

What a crazier weekend we had!

As you know my grandma passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2007 around 12:40pm.

On that same day, I went to work in the morning for little bit, and then my sister Hollye texted messages to me and saying that Grandma wasn’t doing very good, and had no vitals, and I jumped out of my office’s chair, told my supervisor about it and ran to my car to see Grandma. I timed myself, got in my car at 11:38am and got there at 11:54am. She took her last breath around 12:38pm. It was painful to watch her taking her last breath, and it haunted me sometime. I am sad when she has to go, but I am happy that she is not suffering and she is in better place. You know what I mean. All the families were at her sides. Visitations on Saturday from 3-5 and 7-9, it was very nice, and a lot of nice people showed up to pay respect to her. Service was Sunday at 1:30, the weather was gorgeous, and our church pastor did very well. Afterward, we had a little party for families at the lakehouse in Cheat Lake. Overall, it was very nice and beautiful.

Then last night, my father-in-law had heart attack. Mike said, one of his arteries was 98% blocked, and doctor finally put stint in the artery, he should be okay. I believe doctor have warned about his habit, we are praying, someday, he will quit his habit.

My computer crashed!! I lost everything! Everyone’s addresses my files, my pictures, and so on. I was so mad, and I can’t believe it did to me. I am having computer withdrawal and can’t live without it. My sister Kristen said that I need to join to computer anonymous. (eh heh) I am going to have to wait for couple months to buy myself a new computer. I have to wait, ‘cause I am suppose to worry about the house and everything that I have to spend for my new house, and then to check how much money I have left to buy myself a new one. I think I am going to order laptop from Dell, maybe a desktop.

AGGHH!! Which one is better, laptop or desktop???? HELP!!!

Then we have packed everything up and getting ready to move. We are waiting for the big moving truck. It’ll be here Wednesday, hopefully. Our old house will be close on the 15th of October, and we’ll close our new house on the 10th. Yep, we got another week. AGGGHHH!!!! We probably will transfer Kyler to another school on the 11th or 12th. It’s exciting!

We are going "crazy", insane" and "pulling our hair out"...

1- Our computer at home crashed.
We are having internet/computer withdrawal. ARGHHHH!!! I cannot live without my Internet!

The NEW house

Hello.. Just let you know that we have been busy packing things up and get ready to move to our new home. But we had to get couple things to fix up before leaving our old home. We got the bathtub repaired, there was a small crack, and Mike called he bathtub repairman and came to fixed it, charged us less than $200 bucks. The next day, we went to our new home for inspection, every passed, and everything is brand new. I took couple of pictures..

Once we get settle in, and you all are invited to our HouseWarming Party. We'll send my mother-in-law to someplace and you all can come and crash in.. Hehe!!

When we get everything settle in, I will take "after" pictures when I put everything up on the walls, chairs, tables, etc...

I am exciting... 2 weeks seemed like long time.. Hurry up!!!

September Updates

Can’t you believe it’s September?! Jiminy!!

Finally, the kids are back in school and parents get the “break” from the kids.
I hope you all had a good summer, spending a lot of time with kids, and vacations?
We did a lot of things together over the summer, went 3 amusement parks, 2 fairs, and mostly gone to swimming together.

We have great news...

We sold our home within a week.

I am going to miss the memories that been filled in our house, Kyler’s first 5 years of living in that house. The house is very nice, and cozy, but it’s good enough for 2 or 3 people. With many people in my house, it gets a little crowding. It is old, build in 1928, and it was a coal miner’s house.

Anyway - We brought a new house last week.

We bid this house TWICE! And it's OURS now.

The house is beautiful. It was built in 2005. It got 3 bedrooms, 2 and half baths, living room, family room, gorgeous kitchen, dining room, 2 car garages, and big size of yard. The reason we had to get a bigger house, my mother-in-law (Mike’s mother) is moving in with us. With her poor health condition with heart congestive failures, and she was afraid to live on by herself, and we told her that she can come to live with us, we would be able to help her around a little, that way she won’t feel that she is all left alone. You know what I mean. And we know we will face some rough times while living in this new house. This house is about 20 minutes (thru highway). With driving to work in winter days, and gas prices going up, we will have to learn to face it. We hope it won’t be that too bad. Wish us a good luck.

Kyler started his first day in school on Friday as kindergarten.



He was all excited and he came home and told everything about school, he knows some of his friends from last year in his class, Kylee, Hannah, and Bristin. His new teacher is nice and she is funny person. It will be a little challenge for him. It’ll be interesting to see him learning new things. I won’t be surprise that he will start reading on his own in few months or so. I am exciting, but I am sad, my baby boy is growing up. *sigh*

Let you know that, I might be “off” for a while till end of October. Who knows? I hope I can get my cable or DSL (new company) turns on quickly. We will be working on our moving things from old house to new house. It will take us a while. You guys know me, I can’t live without internet. Ha-ha... I promise I will update and pictures too.
